At The Grounded Sole, we want you to walk with confidence; if your footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your shoes in their original box.
Drop Off Package
Affix the label to the outside of the shipping carton and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the quality of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
